It seems like just yesterday when my wife and I walked into Babies R Us (RIP), sat down, and started a registry. After the initial paperwork, the worker handed us a scanner and set us loose in the store. Some areas has pricing that was expected and other had prices that filled us with a mild dread. $500 strollers and $1000 cribs tend to do that.
