  3. BRAT- Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. These staples are what the doctor orders when you have all-day morning sickness. These are filling, bland, and easy to digest.
  4. Small Meals- It sounds simple enough, but some days are a challenge to limit your intake or choke down enough to settle your stomach.
  5. Surroundings- Avoid food and places that don’t smell good to you. Don’t get stuck in a restaurant, even if they serve food that you enjoy. Sometimes it just takes the smell of one off-putting item to send your stomach into a tizzy.
